Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will only offer a replacement or a refund in the following cases:
Damaged in Transit: If your branded gear or book arrives damaged.
Defective Products: If there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Order Error: If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or size.
How to report an issue:
Please email zap.educates@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with the merchant to ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely support for our mission. For this reason, we cannot accept order cancellations.
